Marco Island attorneys work to help end hunger in Collier County

Meals of Hope is a not for profit organization feeding local impoverished children and their families. Meals of Hope Marco Island is comprised of the Sunrise Rotary Club, the Noontime Rotary Club and Kiwanis Club of Marco Island.

On November 16, the three clubs joined together and with the help of 600 community volunteers packaged 180,000 meals in approximately 90 minutes. We are proud to say that each and every meal will benefit a child right here in Collier County.

Neil and Rebecca Snyder were instrumental in the organization and fund raising for the event. Neil Snyder has served as the Marco Island Meals of Hope Marco chairman since 2012. Uniting the local businesses and residents of Collier County to embrace the importance of feeding our children.

When asked why this charity is so important to them Neil and Rebecca responded, "we enjoy our litigation practice and count ourselves fortunate to live and work in beautiful Southwest Florida. We recognize that we have an obligation to give back to our community. We are proud to be able help families who may need to choose between for example, paying an electric bill or feeding their children."
